Objective: In this lesson you will create a single event session on an existing Activity in the Calendar.   

 

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.

  2. Select Calendar.

  3. Select the appropriate Facility or Space from the filter for the calendar to display.

  4. Click the appropriate Activity under the Calendar filter on the right panel.

Create an Parent Activity  

Steps

  1. Go to Menu Selector, top Left

  2. Select Calendar

  3. Select your Facility or Space

  4. Click the Parent Activity 
    Note: When Selected the system will apply a white circle to the left of the Activity Name

  5. Drag and Drop drop the Parent Activity on the New Event desired event date.

  6. Complete the Date & Time

  7. Complete the Recurrence Pattern

  8. Select Overrides if the Session needs to Override any of the Parent Activity settings.

  9. Complete appropriate Override Tabs.

  10. Click Save

  11. Confirm that Session was created.

    Expected Result

    • User should have created a Single Event Session on the Calendar.

  1. Enter the detailed information on the Scheduling tab.

  2. Click on the Overrides tab if any information is different for this particular session than what is being inherited by the Activity. The information can be changed by turning on the additional tabs.
    Note: This is not required. 

    Otherwise, click the "Save" button when complete.
