 Menu

 Menu Selector

Found A three line menu icon is found in the top upper left corner of your screen. This allows access to various workspaces. For specific definitions please refer to the individual workspaces defined in this document

Workspaces: Facilities, Attendance, Activity Catalog, Calendar, Personnel, Administration

Contains navigation "Tree" for the current workspaces. This will allow you to navigate between menus as needed.

2. Workspace Selector

The workspace selector contains navigation links to the primary sections of the system.

3. Support

The question mark icon contains links to the Service Desk and Support Documentation where users can report a bug, request new functionality, report a system outage, or request access assistance.

4. Attendance Notifications

As classes/Sessions sessions are completed they will be added to a queue for attendance tracking. The red notification badge indicates how many sessions are in the queue.

 If you click on the icon it takes you directly to the Activity Attendance page.

5. Logout

This icon will log you out of the system. 

 

 

 

 

 

InfoSide panels can be collapsed when additional screen real estate is required. To collapse a side panel click the arrow in the Toolbar directly above the panel. When the panel is minimized clicking once on the bar will open the panel for quick access. The panel will collapse again when not in use. To lock the panel in the open position click the arrow in the toolbar again.
