Objective: In this lesson you will create a single event session on the an existing Activity in the Calendar.   

 

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.
  2. Select Calendar.
  3. Select the appropriate Facility or Space from the filter for the calendar to display.
  4. Click the appropriate Activity from Activity under the Calendar filter on the right panel.
    Note: When Selected selected the system will apply a white circle to the left of the Activity Name
  5. Drag and drop the Activity on the new desired event date. 
  6. Enter the detailed information on the Scheduling tab across the top of the Activity Detail window
  7. Click on the Overrides tab . If if any information is different for this particular session than what is being inherited by the Activity can . The information can be changed by turning on the additional tabs.
    Note: This is not required.

    Otherwise, click the "Save" button when complete.
