Facility Returns > Add or Edit Facility Return

 

 

  1. Click "Create Shipment ".



  2. Click the "+" button.




  3. Select tickets to include, then click "Add Selected Ticket(s)".


  4. Click "Return Barcodes", on the ticket row.


  5. Click the "+" button.


  6. Select ticketsbarcodes to be returned, then click the "Select" button.


  7. Verify ticket the selected barcodes and click "Save".


  8. Buttons allow users to Add a Shipping Note, Mark Tickets as Shipped, Download the Packing Slip, View All Barcodes and Void the Shipment.


  9. Click "Mark Shipped".


  10. Enter the Tracking Number and click Save.


  11. Note the Status has changed to Shipped.
