Facility Returns > Add or Edit Facility Return |
- Click "Create Shipment ".
- Click the "+" button.
- Select tickets to include, then click "Add Selected Ticket(s)".
- Click "Return Barcodes", on the ticket row.
- Click the "+" button.
- Select tickets, then click the "Select" button.
- Verify ticket selected and click "Save".
- Buttons allow users to Add a Shipping Note, Mark Tickets as Shipped, Download the Packing Slip, View All Barcodes and Void the Shipment.
- Click "Mark Shipped".
- Enter theTracking the Tracking Number and click Save.
- Note the Status has changed to Shipped.
