- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.
- Select Calendar.
- Select the appropriate Facility or Space from the filter for the calendar to display.
- Double click on the desired date of the Activity.
- Enter the detailed information within the three tabs across the top of the Activity Detail window.
Note: Based on the Calendar filter the Facility Name will populate along with it's location information. To schedule a session for an existing activity, please select an activity on the right and double-click the day, or drag and drop the activity onto the day. When clicked a circle will indicate your selection.
Info New activities must be created in the Activity Catalog. Add an Activity in the Catalog
- Enter the scheduling information and complete any necessary Overrides.
Click on the Additional Installations tab if this Activity needs to be displayed on additional Installations MWR marketing websites.
Note: This tab is not required.
Otherwise, click on the "Save" button when complete.
