Objective: In this lesson you will create a Single Event on the Calendar.   

Steps

1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Calendar workspace.
2. Go to Menu Selector, top Left

3. Select Calendar
   
   
4. Select your Facility or Space
   
5. Click the Parent Activity 
   Note: When Selected the system will apply a white circle. 
   
   
   
6. Drag and Drop the Parent Activity on the New Event date. 
   
   
   
7. Complete the Date & Time 
   
8. Complete the Recurrence Pattern
   For more info on settings see Help.
   
9. Select Overrides if the Session needs to Override any of the Parent Activity settings. 
   
10. Complete appropriate Override Tabs.
    
11. Click Save
    
12. Confirm that Session was created.
