Objective: Create a Spaces Space within an existing Facility
Step by Step
- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Facility workspace.
- Select a
- Go to Menu Selector, top Left
- Click Facilities
- Select the Facility Type, on Left
- Double click the a Facility in need of a Space/s
- Click the “Plus” sign
- Enter the Details
- Click Description
- Enter the Description
- Click Sections, if your Facility has Sections
- Click the "+" sign
- Click Save - system will display the Facility Overview screen
- Continue entering additional spaces as needed.
- Confirm that all spaces were created.
