Objective: Create a Spaces Space within an existing Facility

Step by Step

1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Facility workspace.

2. Go to Menu Selector, top Left

3. Click Facilities

4. Select the Facility Type, on Left
   
5. Double click the a Facility in need of a Space/s
   
6. Click the “Plus” sign
   
7. Enter the Details
   
8. Click Description
   
9. Enter the Description
   
10. Click Sections, if your Facility has Sections
    
11. Click the "+" sign
    
    
    
12. Click Save - system will display the Facility Overview screen
    
13. Continue entering additional spaces as needed.
    
    
14. Confirm that all spaces were created.
