- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select Facility.
- Select the Facility Type, on Left
- Click the “Plus” sign
- Enter Facility Name
- Enter all Details
- information using the three tabs across the top of the Facility window. Click save when complete.Click Save - system will display the Facilities screen
- View the created record by double clicking on the row or by clicking on the pencil icon.
- Confirm that all previously entered information has saved
