Publishing/Approval Process

Step-by-step guide

 

  1. In the Site Planner, select a Page to be edited.


  2. Click on the Publish button at the top of the Admin once desired changes have been saved.


  3. Click on the OK button when the Notification Alert comes up.


  4. The page is now queued for Approval by the appropriate Administrator. Users with applicable permissions will be able to Approve changes. Click the Approve Button.


  5. Enter in an Approval message and click the Approve button.


  6. Once approved, the updated page will show up on the frontend.
